New employees are provided with intensive training in their tasks and in all programmes and a mentor is always available for any questions. Employees are kept regularly informed of internal news and changes via our newsletter. As regards internal communication, our doors are always open. We offer a variety of roles that come with responsibility in a professional and international environment with good social benefits and a pleasant working atmosphere.
