Project management is achieving from a team more than the sum of its parts. At EVS Translations it includes an account manager who is responsible for all client-facing communication and who has overall project responsibility. The project managers work with language coordinators who ensure communication between the account manager and the language-specific translators. These coordinators are responsible for all translator-facing communication.

Translation technology department - responsible for providing project scope analysis, management of all client reference materials and glossaries, ensuring that all internal and external translators are provided with regular training and support on translation technology.

File engineering and DTP department - responsible for all pre- and post-formatting, format conversions, file exports and font embedding.
