EVS Translations believes that sustainability is an advantage for a company and constantly develops new measures for the sustainable use of resources.
In the summer of 2017, we made significant steps towards reducing unnecessary paper waste by introducing electronic invoicing in PDF format across our German offices, to further engaging our stakeholders with the general issue of sustainability when instead of sending out Christmas gifts to our suppliers and customers, EVS Translations donated to a good cause – the German Bone Marrow Donor Program “Corporate Donations instead of Presents” campaign.
Our stakeholders are well-familiar with EVS Translations’ support for the fight against blood cancer. Every 35 seconds someone in the world is diagnosed with it; and one of our dear colleagues happened to be among the patients in a need for a donor for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
With the hope that all blood cancer patients will have the successful story of our colleague, for a second consecutive year, EVS Translations has decided to make a donation to DKMS GmbH. Learn how your company could as well create new chances at life for blood cancer patients.
Committed to sustainability management, we will not be sending out letters and Christmas cards, and will thank our customers and suppliers for the successful working relationship in 2018 through social media and digital greetings.
