EVS Translations has a quality management system in place in order to analyze customer requirements, define quality objectives, and secure them on a sustained basis. The project status can be identified and tracked using paper and electronic records at all times. We maintain quality records (process releases, etc.) at all times, ensuring that only approved data is passed on and processed.
As part of our in-house quality control, all staff members are required to sign a confidentiality agreement. At EVS Translations, we employ a wide variety of quality assurance processes at different levels, including staff and vendor selection, ongoing proofreading of every translation with a feedback loop (internal and external comments), ongoing memory updates, and enhancement of memory selection criteria.
We offer tracking on the basis of our ERM system for the client. Furthermore, we can provide improved order processing and order management and a reduction in client-side processing by bundling IT, order processing, memory processing, and quality responsibility.
