EVS Translations has a quality management system in place in order to analyse customer requirements, define quality objectives and achieve them on a sustained basis for all translations. The translation project status can be identified and traced on the basis of paper and IT records at all times. We maintain quality records (process releases, etc.) at all times which ensure that only released data is passed on and processed.
As part of our in-house quality control, all staff are required to sign a confidentiality agreement. At EVS Translations, we deploy a wide variety of quality assurance processes at various different levels: staff and vendor selection, ongoing proofreading of every translation with feedback loop (internal and external comments), ongoing memory updates and enhancement of memory selection criteria.
We offer tracking on the basis of our ERM system for the client. Furthermore, we provide improved order processing and order management, as well as reduce client-side processing by bundling IT, order processing, memory processing and quality control.
