Quality management

Underpinning everything we do

Our values

EVS Translations is committed to investing in the growth and development of its own in-house expertise with a clear and undeterred vision for achieving high-level performance and quality in translation for its clients. Our in-house model, which has steadily grown and evolved over the past 25 years, allows for greater transparency, accountability and quality assurance. These are our values for quality management and we know they will benefit you.

Quality Management System for Real-Time Assessment

Our process-oriented quality management system allows the real-time assessment of resource utilisation and the project status as well as on-going updates of the target/actual status for individual projects. The project status is updated on a daily basis, with EVS Translations deploying an established process to handle capacity bottlenecks in line with the requirements of DIN ISO 9001:2015 and DIN ISO 17100:2015. Every project is planned with enough capacity to deal with unforeseen difficulties in human resources as well as the working environment itself. This allows EVS Translations’ stringent adherence to deadlines, achieving absolute delivery reliability.

Improved order processing and order management, as well as reduced client-side processing is achieved by bundling IT, order processing, memory processing and quality control. Tracking is also available for clients via our ERM system: clients can upload new projects, request quotes, download completed files, post feedback, create reports on individuals, departments or company expenditures.

Rigorous adherence to Quality Management processes by all staff at EVS Translations results in consistently successful outcomes both for quality and overall customer satisfaction.
