Quality Management

Managing your content across languages and projects to deliver long-term value

Individual Quality Control Modified to Fit Your Translation Projects

Delivering a high-quality translation service is challenging and demands far more than resolving issues at word-level. A language services provider must deliver accurate content - aligned with a client’s preferred style and terminology - and maintain this even performance even, for example, when time-to-market is the client’s priority. Appropriate human resources, planning and processes must be in place to ensure the provider hits all the marks.

At EVS Translations, every project is planned with enough capacity to deal with unforeseen difficulties in human resources, as well as the working environment itself.  Stringent adherence to our quality management certifications ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 results in absolute delivery reliability.

We are committed to achieving high-level performance and quality in translation for clients. Our in-house model, which has steadily grown and evolved over the past 25 years, allows for greater control, transparency, and accountability. These are our values and we know they will benefit you.

Your ISO-Certified Language Service Provider

It’s important to understand the difference between being ‘registered’ and ‘certified’. Unlike registration, certification requires that a company is audited. An audit verifies the company’s work processes in every detail so that certification can be obtained.

Going Beyond What Is Required in the Translation Industry

EVS Translations exceeds the regulations set out by ISO 17100 so that our clients receive the highest quality translations. We use native-speaking translators with subject specific knowledge and our proofreaders carry out bilingual proof reading to compare the source and target texts during the QA phase. These principles enable us to deliver a quality which is second-to-none.
